On the 11th day of January 1759, in the Church of Santissma Trinidade da Tabua, the Priest or father exercised the baptism of Ignacia born on the 7th of the month, daughter of Domingos Rodrigues Serrados and his wife Josefa do Sacramento, living in Levadinha do Pico do Ferriro. Paternal grandparents Manuel Rodrigues Serrados and his wife Maria Gomes. Maternal Grandparents Francisco Ferreira and Antonia Gomes all native of this parish. Godmother Ignacia de Jesus and Godfather Manoel das Neves, "Reverend Vicar" (Rvdo. Cura, in Portuguese).

Witnesses present at this wedding Caetano de Freitas and António Figueira, who have signed this record with me, the Vicar Francisco José de Albuquerque Freitas (Bittencourt?).
